Aryah & Sedge first met in 2015 when we both joined the Woodside Wildebeests, a small track club in the Bay Area. While Aryah learned quickly that running stinks, Sedge continued to run with the Wildebeests for 3 more years and hung around long enough for Aryah to realize that he didn't stink as much as running. They dated briefly in 2016 after Aryah asked Sedge to join her at her 8th grade dance and they continued to talk throughout the summer. Without yet knowing how to drive, they would go their separate ways as highschool began, though in retrospect the Jason Bourne movie date probably didn't help either.
Regardless, they would reconnect sooner than either of them could have known as they were both headed to L.A. for college. After a year of long distance, they finally closed the miles between them and haven't looked back since. Along the way, they picked up two cats, Joker and Delilah and in 2024 added a dog, Squidward, into the family. They now live in West Linn, Oregon and can't wait to celebrate the next chapter of theirs lives with you in July!
Aryah Seed
Born in Auchenflower, Australia, Aryah and her family immigrated to the United States in 2008. At Columbia College Hollywood, Aryah studied film and directing while working in the pet care industry. Today, she works as the manager of Reynolds Dog Resort in West Linn.
Most weekends you can find Aryah making beautiful nail art, working on a puzzle, or going for a swim with Squidward in the Willamette River.
Sedge Greenlee
Sedge grew up in Brisbane, California. At UCLA, he studied cognitive science with a specialization in user experience. Today, Sedge works as an administrative assistant at 3 local community hospitals.
In his free time, Sedge enjoys morning hikes with Squidward, relaxing playing video games, and robbing his friends blind at Thursday night poker.
